Thank you for shopping at GameHatch! We are committed to delivering The Fall of Kingdoms and all related products safely and efficiently to players around the world.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.


 

1. Order Processing Time

Because our team is small and we pack orders carefully, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • During peak periods (campaign launches, new expansions, holiday season), processing may take 7–10 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • European Union (EU)

  • United Kingdom

  • Most of Asia

  • Australia & New Zealand

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted global and regional carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UBI Smart Parcel

  • DPD (Europe)

  • Japan Post

  • Local national postal services for final delivery

Available shipping options and rates will appear at checkout based on your location.


 

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on the selected carrier and destination.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume

  • GameHatch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees

  • Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their local customs authorities

We cannot mark packages as “gift” or declare lower values.


 

6. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status and contacting their local carrier if delivery issues arise.


 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

7.1 Transfer of Risk

Once the package is handed to the carrier, all risk of loss, delay, damage, or theft transfers to the customer.

This includes:

  • Lost parcels

  • Stolen parcels

  • Mis-delivered parcels

  • Carrier or customs delays

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues after hand-off.

7.2 Delivered But Missing / Stolen

If tracking shows “Delivered”, GameHatch is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Customers must contact their carrier or local postal service to investigate.


 

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, the customer must also pay the additional shipping fee for re-delivery.


 

9. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Any additional details we request

We will assist you as quickly as possible.


 

10. Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Products

For pre-orders or Kickstarter items, shipping timelines may differ. Final fulfillment windows will be announced on the product page or in campaign updates.
